    • For monthly recurring payments, you need to select the option “Monthly” and enter or select the number of months the payment will be auto-debited.

In-Person: Visit our location or bank institutions

  • Make your payments in-person at a local bank for deposit into our local bank account.

Automatic Deduction: Set up your loan payment to be debited recurrently

• Bank Standing Order Deduction
  • Payment automatically debited from your bank account from the following participant banks:
    • Windward Islands Bank, First Caribbean Int’l Bank, Scotiabank, Banco di Caribe and RBC Bank
  • Requires a bank signed deduction authorization form and/or a stamped authorization returned by you to our branches.
  • Deduction frequency may be bi-weekly or monthly.
• Salary Deduction
  • Payment automatically debited from your salary.
  • Requires an employer signed salary deduction authorization form and/or a stamped authorization returned by you to our branches.
  • Deduction frequency may be weekly, bi-weekly, twice a month or monthly.

Payroll Deduction

Some employers offer to debit your monthly payment directly from your salary. Call or visit our location to confirm if you qualify for this option.
